14 Day Return Policy
Go With The Flow understands that some purchases are not always the best fit (i.e. color, size, etc). We will refund or exchange any unworn, undamaged, unwashed or defective merchandise purchases within 14 days of original purchase accompanied by original receipt & packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
1) Returns will not accepted without an RA# (return authorization number).  Email us at orders@gowiththeflow.com and briefly explain the nature of the return and a customer service representative will contact you with a RA#.
2) Please write the RA# on the outside of the box.  Packages will not be accepted without the RA#.  Please keep the RA# for your records as it will be needed to check the status of your return.
3) Make sure items are in their original product boxes.
4) The return package must be post marked within 10 business days of receipt, after this time the RA# becomes void.
5) Make sure to choose a shipping method that has a tracking system.

Boat Return Policy

Canoes and Kayaks are subject to a 15% per day re-stocking fee.

GWTF reserves the discretion to refuse the return of any canoe or kayak for any reason.

Any canoe or kayak must return in exactly the same condition it was in at the time of purchase.

Used boats and Special order boats are non-refundable.

All special order freight/handling charges are non-refundable.
