The world asked for a shorter Tarpon with a tankwell. Ta da. Enough volume for the "huskiest" paddler and his stuff. Comes rigged with just about all you need to do just about anything you want. Standard Features: TriggerLock Footbraces / Molded Phase 3 outfitting seat with adjustable padded back rest / Large bow hatch / Six-inch day hatches in cockpit and stern / Deck rigging / Tankwell bungees / Rod/paddle park bungees w/quick-release tabs / Comfort-carry handles / Cupholder. Rudder optional. (add $225) The Tarpon Series can be equiped with a spinning rod holder (see sku 9395) and/or flyrod holder (see sku 1503) as shown in photograph.

How you really feel...: I got the 120 for my wife because of great seat, stability, and if did flip it, wouldn't have to bail water out. She can't do a lot of trips, so I started using it and love it. It's actually very fast and maneuverable, very comfortable, can get in and out easily, and holds lots like coolers and stuff. Terrifically designed boat that won best boat award few years ago.

How you really feel...: The entire Tarpon series by Wilderness Sytems beats 'em all, hands down. I made the mistake of buying a hunk of plastic that resembles a kayak about 4 mos ago. Luckily, it didn't take me long to a) fall in love with kayak fishing b) not waste my money by installing a bunch of gear (rod holders/anchor/paddle holder on a boat that I should have never bought. I paddled a Tarpon 140 and instantly fell in love with the comfort of the seat. I "downsized" to a Tarpon 120 as it was just what I needed. T... More details
