14 Day Return Policy
Go With The Flow understands that some purchases are not always the best fit (i.e. color, size, etc.)  We will refund or exchange any unworn, undamaged, unwashed or defective merchandise purchases within 14 (business or non-business) days of original purchase accompanied by original receipt & original product packaging.
Special order products are non-refundable*   **Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable**
Return Process
1) Returns will not be accepted without an RA# (return authorization number) and original GWTF receipt.  Email Go With The Flow at orders@gowiththeflow.com and briefly explain the nature of the return and a customer service representative will contact you with a RMA number (Returned merchandise authorization#)
2) Please write the RMA# on the outside of the box.  Packages will not be accepted without the RMA#.  Please keep the RMA# for your records as it will be needed to check the status of your return.
3) Make sure items are in their original product boxes along with original brand materials (i.e. price tags, product info, packaging, etc.)
4) The return package must be post marked within 10 business days of receipt, after this time the RMA# becomes void.
5) Make sure to choose a shipping method that has a tracking system as well as delivery insurance.  We prefer returns be shipped via USPS or UPS.  Please keep a copy of your original receipt as well as shipping information for your records.

New Boat & Equipment Return Policy

Go With The Flow Sport, Inc. reserves the discretion & the right to refuse the return of equipment / boats / trailers / boat-related products for any reason. This applies to in-stock merchandise, special ordered products purchased either in store or directly from vendor.

Canoes, Kayaks, Paddleboards, Skiffs and Trailers are subject to a 20% per day re-stocking fee. **Applies to in-stock merchandise only**

Any in-stock canoe, kayak, & equipment must return in exactly the same condition it was in at the time of purchase.

Used boats, special order boats and sp. order boat-related equipment (i.e. rack systems, trailers, apparel, paddles, helmets, sprayskirts, repair equipment, etc) purchased through Go With The Flow Sports, Inc. are non-refundable.

All labor/installation/special order related fees are non-refundable.

All special order freight & handling charges are non-refundable.  This includes in-bound as well as out-bound (where applicable) shipping monies.

Drop shipped merchandise and/or products are non-returnablenon-refundable.
